Last movie you watched

Postby Chris » Thu Jul 02, 2009 11:09 am

The thread for all you movie nuts: post the last movie(s) you watched. Please write at least a few words about what you thought of it, as it's not that interesting to just know you watched it :)

Step Brothers - had some very funny parts, loved their rap music-video :) The humor is that kind of really silly/stupid humor - so if you like that you'll like this movie. I don't really, so it wasn't a great movie for me. But definitely worth a watch.

Bolt - Surprising movie. I didn't think it would be that entertaining, some great animation too. I recommend everyone see it! I'm going to watch Fight Club tonight.

Recently I've watched:

A Fistfull Of Dollars
For A Few Dollars More
The Good The Bad And The Ugly
The Outlaw Josey Wales
Dirty Harry

Strangely I'd not seen any of these films before, lucky for me there's a Eastwood season on :D

Magnum Force on friday ;)

Year One: It was an alright movie, had funny parts but wasn't the greatest movie with those people (Jack Black and Michael Cera).

Night at the Museum 2 - Had to wait to wait 2-hours for something, so decided to hit the cinema. It was the only movie showing during that time. I actually quite enjoyed it, was pretty funny.

Transformers 2 just for the CG eyecandy and big screen of Megan Fox... unexpected slow-mos of her made it a bonus.

Internet raged.

Transformers 2 was very cool. I could just watch Tranformers transform and battle for 2 hours without any plot whatsoever (not that a robot who waits thousands of years, doing nothing, just to steal our sun counts as a plot :) - but who cares). A movie review site I read says this:

Review in a Hurry: It's the exact same movie as the first Transformers, only more—more robots, more glorious violence, more Megan Fox (and Isabel Lucas) glamour shots..

Very true :D

i saw a few movies
transformers - (i think sucked cus u didnt see as much of the transformations of the bots.. they just kinda went behind a wall then were tranformed... but yea megan fox is hot)

year one - shitty movie i wouldnt waste money on it

land of the lost - just will ferrell bein his normal self. some funny parts but also another mediocre movie

the proposal - sucked. even though i like ryan reynolds. too bad sandra bullock is f*ckin jessie james.. WTF?

the hangover - probably the best movie out of them all that i watched. kept me entertained for the whole time

The Dead Poets Society.
English Class is the reason why.
Great movie. Robbin Williams and the guys from HOUSE M.D. (Dr. Wilson) were great.
Though it kinda left me wanting more.
ATTITUDE is WAY more important than SKILL.
